I think although we have not heard news of the start of the drilling program, it may be rash to assume it hasn't started. Although I am not sure why TL would not have announced this to the market, given that so many people want to know what the story is with the drilling program.
It wouldn't surprise me if the tailings drilling program will be finished soon. Its really easy stuff to do with an auger rig. They could probably belt out 12 - 20 of these a day. All it will be is drill and bulk sample.
