Thanks for the info Chapati, always good to hear what happening at ITC from the Directors.

Now GS, water cut, yep that's normal and happens in all oil fields. Depending on the reservoir properties (porosity and permeability)and the size of the field all influence the speed at which water cut occurs. In the extreme case you can have water cut of over 85% and still make huge money so long as you can get rid of the produced water.

Now we have had little information on the performance of Growler wells, my current view is little if any water cut indicates an extensive reservoir containing oil and no water drive pushing the oil to surface. The produced oil has been forces to the surface just by the original pressure difference between the surface and reservoir.

That's good news as it means we have a much larger oil field than mapped I hope at Growler, maybe the whole complex is one big field. So lets put the wells on pump and bring the field up to the 2,000 bopd mark.

A bit more key information will come to light once the flows from G6 and 7 are announced later this year.
