My IGCCharts are fine also, just got home n logged in and all okay.
Cookies from an old session can be a prob with IG
You might want to try "Clearing Your Pivate Data" specifically clear out all cookies via whatever browser you use
Firefox: Tools menu/Clear Private data
IE: Tools menu/Delete Browsing History
