    does an issue of new shares now preclude a capital raising/placement to 'sophisticated investors ' as i thought there is a limit to how many new shares can be issued in one year ...... (i am only guessing here being one of the under informed unsophisicated type investor. ) and would that leave only a farm-in as an option for the balance of finance ?
