The Nation has near same story to - headlines are great indeed. Seriously though why does it take a news paper article to advise what the delay is?

We have the company stating DA not required for ML - Which is a reversal of what the company were stating for 9 months when they said we will have a DA and ML soon after by EFY. Then they said recently DA not required for ML and they have provided all details and just last week the company stated the govt said they do not require anything more from GBE - so the games continue for just a short while longer and stories of Gafar not signing ML due to corruption from MMC to approve such are totally irrelevant as we knew - this delay seems to be all about the DA negotiations - the importance of getting it right for all parties as this is the first large scale ML since the new Mines and Minerals Bill implemented and the pre cursor to all future ML approvals - I'm sure I said this a month or so ago also.

Most importantly for us - the community etc - it appears to be over very soon and a ML and details released very soon.

No concern at all on CDA - who knows who that fella is but it is in contrast to the community meeting - the said CDA being completed and GBE going back onto the southern end of tenement to carry out some basic exploration - rock chip sampling.
