Sportsbet/Ladbrokes also have bet limits on certain promotional markets it's common practice
also I've used pbh along with other platforms over spring racing and I've never had my bet size capped so not sure what your talking about
maybe you were placing your bets on one of the line markets which requires a certain amount of funds in your account
