Look at the yield - that makes the share worth 40 cents by itself - don't get to hung up on NTA which are from memory 74 cents as they are usually based on what you can expect to get in an orderly fire sale and as we do not have to sell anything (in fact they would purchase if the right property came along) then as the commercial real estate market begins to recover then you will see substantial profits from APZ (but they only pay Divi's from cash flow) and those profits like the recent loses are paper only
As Heron said - they are perfectly placed with their low gearing and I think you will see more confidence coming back into the stock after the financials is released
