    Hi Faithful,
    a few things to consider.

Firstly let's look at which permits have been granted. A considerable amount of our land mass I'm sure you'll agree. I've turned them green on the following map for illustrative purposes. Note that all of the proposed 2009/10 drilling program sits within these granted tenements. The only EPA's that I'm aware of causing concern with the CLC are EPA's 92,129 & 160 in the Lander Trough...well outside our current working area & for the foreseeable future anyway.

    CTP's Granted Permits

Secondly lets look at Aboriginal land within our other tenements where CLC clearance will be required before permits are granted for exploration to begin. Aboriginal land is shown shaded with yellow lines. The CTP/EIR JV area (EPA 130) has not been granted yet as you say & there is Aboriginal land covering about 25% of it which will need CLC aproval before that land is touched. That said if worst came to worst I believe that conditional permits can be sought from the government which could possibly solve some problems if they did arise.(Maybe Sav-j, Ya or one of the other savvy posters might know more detail about that). The NT government has also spent considerable time & money mapping resources, pushing for progress & want the revenue no doubt.
