remember though Australia is in a prime position. 250000 immigrants come into Sydney every year. That’s 5% population growth each and every year. When you have 1 billion ppl interested in coming to our shores, you should only expect solid and continued growth. The immigrants come here because of political freedom, and leave crime and corruption. As soon as you get wealth in a lot of countries such as India, crime groups start circling you. A lot of immigrants make some money then flee. Those immigrants have big families and friends, the word spreads and next thing you know more and more are waiting to get here. Those families, have big families, so maybe 2-4 children easily. Life expectancy continues to surge. Than next thing you know that one person who wanted a house now has 6 other new people wanting the same thing. This will only continue to surge. Australia with go from 28 million ppl to 40 million in a decade or 2. Urban density east your heart out. Shares, property and everything else Australian is gold. So I just borrow and buy, and keep replaying the same thing over and over. Should be good.
