itz - thank you for that post. I was getting dragged off course and straying away from the real issues (disappointed in myself for that but I will lift). I think it was you that said respecting the decision of the court and if we get an adverse outcome then things will turn and questions asked. The white noise and distractions clouded my judgement but back on track, thanks again
