AUZ signed a 100% offtake agreement from LG Chem today (pending finance) they have until 30 June 2022 to complete financing.
Agreement is for 71,000 dry metric tonnes of nickel plus 7,000 dry metric tonnes of cobalt.
Good to see some more movement here and bodes well for an agreement for SRL - although id argue a different structure for us - streaming offtake with equity involved to get the US$800mio in the door.
The wait goes on
