Indeed, a few questions answered. All cash will come from partners and the project will be sold on, so once the project gets the green light, it's sold on for cash - then any risk goes away.
They seem very confident about Coolimba, and I'm not suprised. The RR on this one is looking tremendous. I may well buy in a little more should I close another trade in the coming weeks.
I'm feeling very good about this one, it's just a waiting game until then.
