REPOST of moderated post without the mention of other stocks:

    Hi hotchina,

Let's not get too possimistic (lol) too soon, just because there have been sp hikes of late with Centro.

Unless you are in this stock for SMSF reasons (or have a long term view with either of the 2 Centro stocks) I should think that 12 months is an awfully long time for the average punter to wait just for the sp to get to that 25c mark, don't you think? That's less than a "double bagger" from here! There are better short term plays out there in the market atm imo.

Also, don't forget they are expecting things to get a lot worse before they get better in the US over the course of the next year where they are expecting a lot more vacancies (as Uncle has already mentioned).

Now before anyone jumps down my throat - don't get me wrong, I am NOT bagging Centro (I am & have been a long termer) but I am just trying to be the voice of moderation (if I can steal that word, lol) & reason. As much as I am loving seeing Centro survive and getting better as the weeks & months go by, I will be looking to collect more in September when "other" Analysts are saying there will be a correction throughout world markets; why? because Centro suits my appetite for risk and I believe in the Centro story - but long term!

For fear of being pelted with rotten tomatoes (lol) - short term I think both CER and CNP will become excellent traders!

    Cheers, Pie (:

PS: Ironically, I am actually listening to Radio Station 702 atm where they are currently "bagging" US Shopping Centres.
