So we still haven't got this talked about 30 something million off them due to change/upgrade in project or was This always to happen in December... Alot of talk about it being on the 30th of July and then two weeks extension to last Friday when we hit a TH and now no exchange of money which may keep big investors away because no money put on the table...?
