Control premium is issue. Also t don't think the distribution would be as accreative - product types premium sugar based vs premium faddish based.
The interesting thing is the differing view by directors vs markets. Note the Asian director bought some shares for his mum. Asian culture is that you don't buy shares that are shit for your mum.
Time will tell if CLB bulls are stupid but I still think there is an adequate risk reward here.
