There is no doubt it is the reason. I hold TEY and GER and expected them both to move up today and placed buy orders for open. I got the GER but not the TEY. For some reason the GER has fallen since open and are below the price I paid. I believe they boith have long term potential. I also hold GRK for the same reason.

Remember though they are still spec stocks.
