    So where do you think ctp could get the $1 billion dollars for this plant? Hope they don't do a cap raising of $2 dollars a share. I don't think the market would like that! How would we overcome a billion dollar hurdle ? Maybe sell off 400 billion tonnes of the coal? That would be good! Mrwllst
