One point to consider in all of our discussions is that our quarterly cash flow shows the need for rasing capital for things to proceed such as proving reserves at Mt Bevan.
This would be public knowledge to everyone including the likes of JMS/Pallinghurst and any other prospective suitor, and for any negotiations to take place when the coffers were bare would not help us in any way. I can't imagine JMS and Co being in a beneficial mood towards us if they feel our backs are to the wall so to speak.
So its' a matter of cash up, prove the reserves up and hopefully sp up.
Lets hope that we do receive encouraging reports prior to the spp details being announced to make our decision a little easier to make.
