I think you have missed the gist of my post so I'll try again.
Consider the nasdaq when it was at 4500...even though people thought it was way over priced they kept buying because it kept rising...it then got to levels that were more unbeleivable.
By the time it got to 5000 there were shows on TV about the stock market just like there are now with the housing boom.
So what happened to the nasdaq...and what will happen to the property market...they will run out of buyers no matter how bullish the press is or was.Once the buying pressure is off the best anything can do is be stagnant.
This same scenario works in reverse,when everybody is a bear and press is all negative is the time that creates the oppurtunity...it seems like this is how it is for CMQ.
Everybody has given up on the stock and all the press i have read is negative...that is why I say buy when everyone wants to sell
