If management of BLY was so good then how did they let the fundamentals of this company deteriorate so badly
They've been geared to the gills for years and years now which makes them clearly a very risky stock.
Combine that with declining ROE and EPS makes their fundamentals pretty lousy.

Granted that will improve with the raising but to advise someone to sell other investments or take a loan on what is an ordinary stock(at best) is not good advice.
