"Locality Planning Energy is raising $5 million to accelerate the deployment of its shared solar product to strata communities and upgrades to its billing technology"
So perhaps a large lump sum due to AD1 upon delivery of the implementation this quarter?
I imagine the majority of the raise will be used to onboard the solar strata = even more revenue for AD1
