Maybe, but this time it's different because;

A lot has changed for lithium in the last couple of years.

1) Media attention is rife.

2) The general public have woken up and many want an EV now.

3) Some governments whether they embrace change or not, have become aware that this is bigger than they are and it they will lose elections if they do nothing.

4) The main players are aware that lithium is in short supply NOW and are on the hunt for reliable quantity plus quality ESG stock.

Let's cast our memories back;

I recall a poster here attended a meeting held at HQ and remarked that Mitsui were in attendance. (hmmm...)
And I believe that Tim was quoted saying, "We are getting daily calls from the big end of town". (where there's smoke...)

Any hint of a formal TO would force all the others to show their hand, or do we really believe this would end up a one horse race like KDR/WES?



Now I personally believe a TO would be rejected out of hand, but may still go to a vote.
But before it got there, it may end up in a WAR.

These offers will obviously inflate the share price;




What concerns me a little is the aftermath of a rejection.




What happens to the SP when and if the bid is voted down?
Will it take a hit?
That would be my bet, but I don't believe it would tank back to the pre bid level.
At least I would hope not because even if a bid should fail, it does set a precedent does it not?
