speaking of logic:
1. Does BLY need retail inverstors to particpate in the SPP?
2. If so they have to make it attractive therefore....
3. The share price has to be trading higher than 27c up to and until close of application to participate otherwise
4. There's a whole bunch of cashed up investors watching the SP go down who may just decide to put their money somewhere else
Does that sound logical
