They will presumably give it an acid treatment to try and clean up the cement damage. But IMO it's unlikely to bring it up to even WE4 flow rates. The fact they were even able to damage this reservoir suggests it's likely less productive than the others in the field.
If an acid job doesn't do enough, I'm not sure if they would be able to frac at these depths but that could be an option too. A small skin frac to try and bypass the cement zone.
