I'm thinking this is a good move from management. For years it has just been idling, going nowhere. Just maybe, the Co. that's buying it might have the back up / support (finances) that we couldn't get. They can move it to the next stage, which can only add value to us ( $11M worth of their shares). Management can now fully concentrate on existing tenements and even look for new acquisitions?
The punters who sell today (with no disrespect intended), were most likely here for the graphite more so than the other tenements. Either way time will tell.
