1. 12 to 18 months to spodumene productions.
2. Carbonate Plant has never operated commercially but has all of the "Bones" in place
3. Sayona now owns 25% of all of the North American resource
4. Expansion will come via drilling or acquisition or both, what ever makes sense - quoted bubbles and said its all about the tonnage.
5. Drilling for gold in WA begins in September and will be completed by end of year
6. Authier will be more of a quarry only doing about 1000 tons per day and will not have a processing plant. This will reduced or eliminate most of the questions from BAPE, BL said the 3000 page report will be significantly reduced because the environmental impact will be minimal.
7. 2 mine 1 plant economics - here BL actually almost giggled about how big this was going to be. He said with the tax incentives and Spod at $1000/t they would be banking coin hard.
8. Plant and equipment at NAL were meticulously kept during the closure.
9. Sayona flag has been planted on the front lawn of NAL,
10. SPP was waaaaaaaaaaay oversubscribed, they will be expanding it, but stressed they would need to balance that against dilution.
11. Confirmed NAL is our by end of month.

I saw @Verplak85 in the meeting and I assume others as well. Nothing I heard was negative, on the contrary it sounded like they were absolutely going to continue to look for opportunities to grow their JORC at whatever mean necessary. I would have like to have heard that they would be producing spod next summer, but it sounds like they are sticking to the 12 to 18 month timeline, which means August-22 to Jan-23.
