You know what 2nd platform cell scaling to the minimum node geometry on Imecs bench with cell switching means dont you?
Basically demonstrates gigabyte or terabyte capacity
couple that with an order of MAGNITUDE increase in read speed means this little chip just got really big and really fast..
As for new process that suits both DRAM & NAND might we say FanFET anyone?
