Thank you for your reasoning. I on the other hand, am not really convinced that an annoucement will be made at the end of this month. For one, SDL usually leaks out news and to have heard nothing (especially for a defining moment in a company), I am very sceptical an annoucement will be made by that time. (Hopefully I am wrong)
