Mike how long is due dilligence going to take.
At the end of the day this deal has to happen otherwise bothfirms will be smashed by the market.
The CEO of nufarm would have to fall on the sword.
Brokers are talking 13.50 and the bot that is keeping the price down is to ensure shareholder see value.
eg if it hits 11.00 this week than anything above 13 will look good.
