Key will be to identify what those performance guarantees clauses are, and thus whether or not liquidated damaged would apply.

That being said I do think its reassuring to know we have the experts in the field building the plant, and that there are some performance gauaratees (albeit the detail of which we are not privy to) included in the contract.
My only hope is that the plant does in fact function as modelled. Anything but would be disasterous for shareholders.
