imho there is more to this than meets the eye....
zyl presented mal with a golden opportunity to backdoor list mvss into a shell, present a glossy prospectus, inject some capital into the balance sheet, rename the company and we could have seen some hope. im really surprised he hasnt done this, i think there would have been a very good chance that he could have ended up getting a healthy premium for mvss as a public company.
unfortunately for most shareholders this doesnt appear to be the plan. i think existing holders have probably lost everything.
