i think the nursing home dark chapter in Victoria might be the reason there. Had close to 600 deaths there.
Not surprisingly they are not really talking about what really happened there.
If you subtract that 600 poor unfortunates from Australia's total. That would dramatically bring diwn that 3%.
Like to know what happened there in the Nursing homes.
