If we move sideways for a couple of weeks, I’d be amazed.
We anticipate there will be significant news soon. In which case I anticipate the SP will resume its upward climb.
If there is no news, it will be a disappointment in my book. I believe we can certainly expect to receive news within the next couple of weeks.
If there is no news for a couple of weeks, I believe the SP will decline.
I believe that news moves markets. Good news has a pronounced positive effect on the SP. Bad news has a decidedly negative effect on the SP. A total lack of news see’s the SP drifting downwards.
