BNL"s business approach is a really simple one so they could be in production very soon. Thier model basically is to sink a well, test it and then for $300000 more gap it and pump the stuff into trucks and send to refinery. The returns will be small early on but enough to pay for current and more leases while funding more wells .. there are big up sides here, and in years to come could well have one mightlty hulium gas field worth many billions. I'm yet to see a small two bit player pull such a thing off, but you never know, probably will be swallow up along the way but that's ok
