Forget china forget everything else and get back to basics. Lynas will probably make
AUD 100M ~ 120M in 2021 we should see the AR in 2 or 3 weeks. there are 900M shares out standing so that will be AUD 11~ 13 cents a share Even if you assume a very high PE of say 50 and 12 cents a share that is still only a share Price of $6. Traditional PE for this market are closer to ten. Look out to 2025 assume 10.5 KT of NdPr assume REE prices higher but not allot more than today. What do you have for profits. Rember cost will go up. But PE have to come back to normal levels they always do. What will do it is higher interest rates. SH will not except tiny profits on stock. A PE of 50 says company is only earning 2% on your stock price. I do all that math with my guess and I still see a SP of under $10 in 2025. Lynas for about a year has had very high SP because of green speculation. The High Revenue numbers in for Q4 and 2021 gave it a big boost. But it was powered by speculation, momentum or trend investors not traditional Growth investors. So then in two days we get a double whammy Government of Malaysia once again goes into turmoil. And REE prices especially Nd and NdPr start falling. They are still 25%~ 40% higher than they have to be for Lynas to do great but it will cause some people to get nervous. So any small upset causes a big fall.

When the AR comes out this stock may soar over AUD 8.00. For me the party is over and I already have sold about 50% of my shares to day. Yes I made LYSCF go down I sold the 50% at market. Market price LYSCF was 5.12 when I started the last shares traded at 5.0009 I have the second 50% in at 5.10 limit which is the closing price of LYC.ax times EX rate. None of those have sold yet. I will relook at noon and decide what to do.

I am not saying others should sell. ONE of my top rules is avoid big loses I bought the week of July 6 so I have a very nice gain. I will not give it back. I hope it does go to AUD 8.0 so others do even better. JMO Chances for AUD 5 ~ 6 are much better than 8.00 BUT 8.00 is possible. I just do not like the ODDS.
