As far as I'm aware USA and European Patents could drop anytime herein.
After the examiner gives the go-ahead for granting - they have to pay the fee ( which they already have ) and still a few mechanisms to go through but it has been a month now since seeing the intent to grant ... so really at anytime these could drop.
Nothing has changed with activity with the company and they are progressing on all front's just the attention has gone a little crazy lately. These patent protections are so important for when the tech is ready - still a risk I will always say, but the company is hitting all there milestones!
I think you have to remind yourself how important Apples Patents are ? Imagine if anyone could copy their tech - Apple certainly wouldn't be a 2.5 Trillion $ company if their Technology wasn't protected.
Anyway, would be nice if things settle down a little on this forum - we all have our right to share our thoughts - just nice if it's a little more civil.
