    If it is 50:1 we are not treated to well then - please clarify my understanding - it would mean that the price on NASDAQ needs to be USD 50 for the ASX shares we hold to be AUD 1

    My assumption would be at a USD 6 listing price on NASDAQ, which is the minimum price for listing against current price would be a 30:1 ratio
