I dont know. I doubt IOF will go lower, but I also thought that at 50c so my opinion is probably not worth much. If this is the start of a major dump by one of the banking pillars it could stay at these levels for a good few days, but hard to imagine why any bank would be a distressed seller the way the market is at the moment, and hard to imagine why anyone would be dumping based on news released to the market to date. Also, I cant think of a current large SPP by another REIT that would require shorting of the whole sector prior to a selloff to fund said SPP.
