My comment would be that when a co starts to build a mine, that's when the trouble starts. Costs and time overruns. Unless they are still drilling the chances of new good news are less and only the problems with the mine. Metal prices really come into play. They also said a while back potential for a .5c cap raising.

Have not followed closely so there may be other factors. If not, I suggest that any blue sky will be tempered by grey clouds ahead so can't see why there would be a big run up. Just some thoughts, not an expert opinion.
