If all it has was current oil recovery going forward it looks undervalued. Taking into account increased production coming on line in short term it is significantly undervalued. With what it potentially has its foot on at the current share price it looks like a steal. However, a number of those who bought in at 3 cents are looking to cash out at 6 cents. This stopped the last price run in its tracks and may stop the next one unless a more significant announcement is forthcoming.
