Who is responsible to transfer the withheld tax from divvies? BCN or Atomic?
Atomic have said that they have no dealings with the tax withheld - and that we should get in contact with BCN.
This is odd as their statement clearly shows what BCN have issued as divvie, atomic then shows tax withheld and what the payout figure.
Anyone that has tax knowledge - do I assume that the tax withheld (due to no quoting TFN) has been transferred by BCN to ATO? or the question is "where is the tax component?"
Appreciate any advice as I recently completed tax return and ATO is asking me where the tax withheld is?
