GL with any purchase rivanda. The current price in the mid 70's seems to be holding up well with buyers coming in from the side lines. The selling has been relentless over the past few weeks which i had assumed was profit selling post cap raising, however i now believe there is ofloading of shares by a holder who has a big position. I am looking forward to checking the next T20 update.
I am sure Patrick Mutz our Managing Director will be keen for the sp to appreciate as Part of his salary package was the issue of
1,000,000 options at an exercise price of $1.00 per option exercisable after 1 January 2009; and
1,000,000 options at an exercise price of $1.20 per option exercisable after 1 January 2010,
The options are exercisable by notice in writing to the Company, accompanied by payment of the exercise price, on or
prior to 31 October 2011.
It goes without saying that for PM to make a profit from these options then the AGS share price needs to be above the option price.
