At least they are spending cash on how more it will cost and given the geopolitical concerns, together with an increase in CAPEX, well ... it is in the middle of an Islamic republic where bodyguards are necessary, plus the current U price may make the minniscule resource unfeasible; in fact it is located in the middle of the Sahara where Tiris is 100s of kms of apart .... plus huge dilution.
