While it is disappointing that existing shareholders can't participate I can appreciate that this a more cost effective option.I do however take issue with the size of the discount that has been offered. 26% appears far too large and given it was oversubscribed this reinforces this view.I could of lived with 4c but 3.5c (under the 52 week low) is far too cheap and is doing existing shareholders a disservice.
