I understand that and we needed money quick but there is a reason it was so 'heavily' over-subscribed - it just didnt need to be so generous.

I honestly think >60% of the selling we have seen are the Sophisticated investors cashing in on the 'free windfall' if anything the CR needed to have a 3-6month hold clause or something as the way it stands now it was a easy way to cash grab. Im not having ago but i would hope future CR for other wells/projects arent so generous.

Ill be the 1st to praise management for all the things they get right but we also need to be frank about things we get wrong so we dont have a repeat in future raising
