SVW holds 69.6% as at last notice of 5/8/21. At 3% per 6 months they would need at least 3.5 years to top 90%.
Don't forget also that MQG have increased their holding twice in the past month to 7.34% as at 6/8/21. I wonder if they have strategically position themselves to block the 90% threshold OR set a seller's market for their parcel come 90% time...
Are there other large holders who may also be strategic roadblocks?
