Never said it would and they are putting it into a separate entity so it won't but until the money is raised for it the concern will be there. After they raise the money they will have $20m a year to spend elsewhere and all of the management time that they are spending to get it across the line to generate revenue elsewhere. It's a hurdle they need to cross but its a huge hurdle because they are trying to sell off part of a division for nearly the market cap of the entire company.
