Mate. Of course I have. I have also seen many many raising's at a ' Premium ' to the last traded WVAP price. And i've seen stacks of ' Bonus ' share issues and splits. Not as common today , but you are seeing a bit of this capital raising mentality and strategies creeping back into play.
And most likely because ' Demand ' for equity investments are so high at the present moment with ALL the extra liquidity as well as what I had mentioned with the ' Key Board ' warrior ' Bums on Seats ' increase in trading.
But I also think with Sayona being clearly more ' Growth ' orientated now , that there is significant upside room for it's ' Growth ' to accommodate it's larger SOI. Like what I show'd in the number yesterday or the day before. When the Market Capitalization ultimately gets to $5 or $6 billion ,its not going to matter one iota whether it has 5.6 billion , 6 billion , or 6.4 billion ( after ALL options are converted ) if it ultimately carry's out a 1 for 10 consolidation.
Because whether the stock is $1 dollar or $5 or $6 bucks , it's not really going to matter much because it is the GROWTH which has underpinned the multi billion dollar Market Capitalization , and where the GROWTH ultimately lies and comes from And they ( our BOD ) , and ALL the Top 20 Institutional holders know this.
Sure , for some it seems impossible to comprehend with many looking at the SOI as being some sort of ' Hand Brake ' on Sayona's underlying GROWTH potential. I do not see it this way at all.
What I see is a stock price which can move up really fast on high volumes and stay there. And that is because people are aware of this growth. But I get that people still feel .....or more the point that they still want to feel that Sayona is more of a trading stock with high volatility. And it may well be the case for some time to come . But the overriding impetus on the SP in my opinion is clearly going to be upwards to higher valuations.
And that's why we do the work we do on this side of the ledger of our research as well.
