One other thing that I think is worth remembering. UOS has bought shares recently, on the market, at 22 cents.
This suggests that they believe it is value-per-share accretive to do so.
Now, the company seems to have stopped buying back shares, temporarily. This MAY mean that the company is about to make a material announcement, and so cannot buy shares before this 'inside information' is released. If so, on market buying may resume soon.
