To those who are just starting out,
Work hard.
Save even harder.
Going without only hurts for a short time.
Those who call you a tight arse probably have the largest mortgage.
Teach your family the value of money.
When it's time to invest in the market follow the 3 R's - 1. Research, 2. Research again. 3. Research even more.
Start out investing just a little more than you can afford, unless you work harder. This will make you realise that all things in life come with risk.
Don't buy shares that have debt only to keep the directors sitting on their fat arses.
Only buy shares in a company where the directors have skin in the game.
Form an open mind to opinion, but don't listen to losers, or you may become one yourself.
Don't panic unless it is organised panic, and never become over greedy.
ALLWAYS REMEMBER
The first million is the hardest to make, after that each one becomes a little easier to acquire.
